We have been working for Padarn Property Management & Letting Agency since the very beginning - one of our very first invoices was made out to Padarn Letting! They manage a large variety of properties all over the county, including student accommodation. We have carried out their fire alarm and emergency lighting servicing and repairs, as well as their electrical testing and maintenance work since 2002. Beth, Steph and Martin are always a pleasure to work with, courteous and professional with landlords, contractors and tenants alike.

Dyfed Evans has been building homes and commercial properties of exceptional quality for many years, and we were fortunate to be invited to carry out his electrical work in the summer of 2002. We have always been given a great deal of artistic license with Dyfed's projects, and this has allowed us to develop some very interesting and attractive lighting designs. Energy efficiency has become one of the most important factors in designing and building new homes, and we do our bit by ensuring that all our lighting systems comprise primarily of energy efficient lighting, surpassing the minimum requirements of the building regulations.

ALP Property Management Ltd have been operating in Aberystwyth for many years, and we have carried out all their electrical, fire alarm and emergency lighting work since 2003. They have a wide variety of domestic and HMO properties in their care.
